Tangy Coleslaw Recipe

 

Ingredients
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 tablespoon agave syrup or your favorite sweetener
* 1 tablespoon dill weed (dried or fresh, chopped)
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 6 cups cabbage (red or green), shredded
* fine sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions
1. In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients except cabbage.
2. Add cabbage and toss to thoroughly mix.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving...if you can wait that long.
